Since my service was reconnected my internet has been horrible! Was amazing prior. And now today (4 days later) my gateway keeps restarting because it can't connect. Little did I know when I got this service, there isn't a 24 hour technical support department 😡 yes it's only a four hour window however when you work from home it's with the understanding with the employer you have reliable internet service and can reconnect within an hour or come into the office and be deducted that time. I never would have gotten t-mobile had I known they didn't have 24 hour support.60Visto0likes0Comentarios
