Omg same thing happened to me! I knew the sales person was to nice! Kept telling me and my teenage grandson ITS FREE< and all you pay is $4 a month! I didn't even want the watch and he kept saying how can you turn down a free watch??!! My Account qualified for a free watch. I even took it back 2 weeks later because I hated it, Samsung Galaxy watch, it wouldn't hold a battery charge, and they told me it would get better the more you use it. ??? Really? I get my 1rst Bill and its Crazy how much I was charged for a Watch I Hate & Was told it wasn't going to charge me!! They are Liars and I am not letting this go, I was charged $4 a month for the Equipment part of it, which supposed to be Free! and then on top of that there are other charges for Prorating and a $24 To use it as a Line?? I don't do that or even know how. My bill went from $140 to $237! Over a Free Watch!! I don't trust anyone anymore! This is happening to us right now, I purchased my son a new phone, and from day #1 he can't send or receive text messages from certain people. I've been to the store to where other customers were there complaining the same problem. They are blaming the other carriers. So it appears if you are not a Tmobile customer you can't send or receive text. They are not taking responsibility on their end. We've put in new Sim Card, got a new phone nothing is working. I'm not paying for a phone if I can't use it the way it's intended. I have read everything but has there been any solutions to fixing it? Gracias39Visto0likes0Comentarios
