The same thing happened to me I was getting the EBB discount with another company. T-Mobile sent me a link to qualify through them again. I qualified order the home internet then was told EBB would be added in 15 days. Called back they said they had to put in a ticket. Then called me back and said I had to sign up before March. I'm sitting here with 2 bars and $50 internet when I was paying $10 with the other company with the EBB discount. This is a scam for T-Mobile.
