Re: So this is what loyal sprint customers get, a barely functional black and white webpage...
I have had the same experience with T-Mobile. They swear right and left that SPRINT customers may keep their plans. The process of moving Sprint plans to Tmobile, I've been told, is called "MAGENTA COMPLETE". I suggest always identifying yourself as a Sprint customer. My plan is UNLIMITED PREMIUM. The issue truly is one of fair play and shows a untrustworthy bent to their corporate orientation. Why do I say this? It is indisputable because Tmobile is attempting to assure Sprint Customers that they can keep their plans, such as my SPRINT UNLIMITED PREMIUM PLAN,while utilizing their so-called "Magenta Complete" "process" of moving from the Sprint website to the Tmobile web site and "be assured" that all of the fine points of their plans will move to Tmobile synchronously. In other words, all aspects of a Sprint Customer's plans will remain unchanged at Tmobile as it was with Sprint. But it is shamelessly deceptive to falsely assert that amajor part of the plan, Amazon Prime, is somehow distinct from another part of the Plan, for example,Tidal Music. The implicationis that Amazon Prime is somehow a insignificant component that is arbitrarily separate from the other benefitsof the Sprint Unlimited Premium Plan. I have conversed with numerous Tmobile Customer Service Supervisors. The conversations are friendly when talking about other aspects of the plan that they promise will eventually move over to Tmobile from Sprint. Mentioning the lack of Amazon Prime results in "you were notifiedin March that you will not receive the service anymore." The heretofore friendly attitude ceases. I SUGGEST FILING AN FCC COMPLAINT AS THIS IS IN CONFLICT WITH THE FCC AGREEMENT INTEGRAL TO THE TMOBILE PURCHASE OF SPRINT. A COMPLAINT CAN BE FILED BY PHONE OR ONLINE.17Visto0likes0Comentarios
