My monthly Internet bill was incorrectly charged.
Why was I charged $55 even though I provided my payment account information and applied for autopay when I first opened my home internet service? I first opened a new Internet connection through T-Mobile Home Internet Chat, and if you look at the records, you will see that I applied for Autopay and provided my payment account information.
