I also got scammed. In April, I switched from 25 years with Verizon to tmobile. Rep on the phone told me I could get up to 4 free Samsung galaxy A15s with my new service. I spoke to her 3x before committing. 4 months later, and they're still charging me for the " free" phones. I've called 3x about this. Yesterday they told me that my account was started 4/10 and the promotion began 4/11. How convenient forthem. I know because it's on my calendar, that I didn't even order the phones until after April 17 when I had a conversation with the same rep. They now expect me to keep paying for 24months.
