Re: Promises Unkept.
They are in the middle of doing the same to me. I registered for a $200 gift card, one for each of 4 lines. I have "chat"ed with them repeatedly. The last time, they assured me there was nothing more I needed to do. Now, when I go to insider, they see no reference to my original submission.
