TERRIBLE In store service. They only help you after they exhaust every option not to help you. New tablets are coming under warranty. Ill pay them off and unlock them and recoup what I can, or not. I would rather take 1,000.00 loss than deal with this service. I call 611 and all I get is sorry we cant control the stores.
