I was treated very rudely by a T-Mobile employee in the Volusia mall of Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. His name is Matthew (I only got his first name from his shirt). He sold me a supposed new phone and I paid for a new phone. Two months later and pop-ups are coming up randomly about cleaning my phone because of excessive junk. How can a brand new phone have excessive junk on it? I took it to the store and asked him and he said that it was not a T_Mobile issue and an issue with the phone. I proceeded to say that was my exact point. Instead of offering me a resolution, he just stood there and argued with me saying it was MY fault. This is very poor customer service and I would like to point out his name in particular. I'm quite sure this is not T-Mobiles policy. I have been with T-Mobile over 10 years and was very disturbed by this. Is there a number I can call to ask questions about how to attempt to resolve my problem? I have already tried to call the corporate/complaint department and he tried to give me some resolutions to my problem. This did not work either….but I'm not sure who it was that I talked to. He at least tried though.. This should not be an issue with a phone that I was told was brand new. Please help so I dont have to take it further and going back into store again will just be a problem. Thank you in advance.8Visto0likes0Comentarios
