My husband and I have had the exact same problems! This is very frustrating and inconvenient! So why should we have to pay for this service, when the service doesn't work properly? And T-Mobile have done nothing to fix it? We are told a lot of different stories about several issues like this one the most questionable: the tower that we are getting the internet for our modem will service ! THIS AINT RIGHT! I have spent hours on the phone, online, so many different people and departments as well as talking to someone in the Philippines (not being racial!) WELL I THINK ITS TIME FOR ME TO TALK TO A PERSON IN CHARGE! I need answers! HOW CAN T-MOBILE STEEL FROM AND TAKE ADVANTAGE ME AND SO MANY OTHERS! so T-Mobile if and when you read this I expect a call of acknowledgment and immediately attention to this matter! In April 2023 the Internet dropouts started and got progressively worse by the last week of April I called T-Mobile service to register the issue. I'm calling again today this situation is growing very frustrating and I'm getting to the point of thinking about discontinuing this service.
