Hi. I shared the same frustration, but I was able to make a 2.4 connection 1) enter 192.168.12.1 on your web GUI 2) you will be prompted for your admin password- on the bottom of your gateway 3) select Network on the left side of the screen 4) select WiFi network 5) choose 2.4GHZ 6) give it a different name, like add a “-2” at the end of your network Good luck!
