Not Being Able To Use The Website
I am subscribed to the family plan my phone is an android, and I can't use the app because of that. I tried to use the website to refill my pre-paid account but still, I can't because they're two reasons first whenever I am trying to do something on the website it says invalid request. Second, when I am finished and I want to pay it freezes the screen on a white page.
