I have only been a customer 6 months but I keep having issues with my gateway. I've had two AR models and I was just given a SE model today and already losing connectivity at times, The problem I'm running into is I was having to have them reboot the modem regularly and it keeps losing connectivity. I was told by the customer service rep today that it was the AR models something about the firmware so he recommended me getting the SE model but so far I'm not seeing any difference. I'm about ready to go with another company so if anyone has any recommendations on how to fix this or if there's another company you recommend That's not going to have these issues.52Visto0likes0Comentarios
