That's a shame! As a lifelong TMO customer (20 plus years) and retired military, I've seen benefits come and go through out the years, but they never downgraded benefits for military and first responder plans. I'm still on the legacy Magenta Max military plan and noticed that all the new device trade-in offers are limited to the new Go5G plan variations. I didn't realize that even with the newer plans that they were offering lower trade-in offers for military plans. At this point, TMO is using military as a marketing ploy and nothing more. I will definitely be on the lookout for competitor plans.107Visto0likes0Comentarios
