Outstanding Service from Guillermo Corona at Costco T-Mobile Everett — I Wish I Had Switched Sooner! I recently switched my family's cell service to T-Mobile with the help of Guillermo Corona at the Everett Costco location, and I couldn't be happier! Guillermo and the entire team have been exceptional. I've returned several times with questions and requests for assistance, and the service has been outstanding every time. A little over two years ago, I switched to Verizon, believing they offered the best coverage and service despite their higher prices. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! Verizon was not only more expensive, but the coverage and customer service were among the worst I've ever experienced. I work from home, and the reception was so poor that I couldn't reliably use my phone for business. I actually lost clients and business because of it! I purchased an expensive Verizon signal extender, tried using my home internet for cellular service, and spent countless hours troubleshooting. Nothing worked reliably. Eventually, I discovered T-Mobile had excellent reception at my house! Since I was still tied to Verizon, I purchased a $1,500 dual-SIM phone and paid for a separate prepaid T-Mobile line, forwarding my Verizon calls to T-Mobile just to have reliable service. Imagine paying Verizon hundreds of dollars monthly for service you couldn't use while paying another carrier to make your phone work! This is no exaggeration: Over the last year alone, I spent more than 40 hours and made at least 30 calls to Verizon's customer service and technical support, trying to fix the problems or leave without additional charges. The lost time, stress, unnecessary expenses, and impact on my business were substantial. As soon as I could leave Verizon, I did. That's when I met Guillermo and the Costco T-Mobile team. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Guillermo was knowledgeable, professional, honest, patient, and genuinely committed to helping my family. He never pressured me, explained every option, followed through on every promise, and continued providing outstanding service AFTER the sale. The financial difference speaks for itself: Verizon: $280/month for four lines. T-Mobile: $180/month for the same four lines. Savings: $1,200 annually! Plus, we received TWO new iPhones with the trade-in of just ONE Samsung phone! Most importantly, I now have excellent reception at home and reliable service for both personal and business use. Had I met Guillermo two years earlier, I could have saved thousands of dollars, avoided purchasing an unnecessary $1,500 phone, retained business opportunities, and eliminated countless hours of frustration. I rarely write reviews, but I'm sharing this for two reasons. First, Guillermo Corona deserves recognition for truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He's the kind of honest, dependable, knowledgeable representative every company should want. Second, I hope this helps others in Washington State who are considering switching cell phone providers. I wish someone had shared this experience with me before I chose Verizon. If you're considering T-Mobile, go see Guillermo Corona at the Everett Costco T-Mobile location! He did everything he promised, saved my family money, made the transition easy, and earned my complete trust. FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH! Lisa has many years of experience with T-Mobile at a very high level & was able to help find a promotion segment that wasn’t visible on my T-life app. If you’re looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of the atlas backend and all the tools available to a T-Mobile employee, look no further than Lisa. She will get you sorted out. 10/10 experience buying the latest iPhone 18 pro with a trade in. This location will not accept the actual device you trade in, but it can be mailed to T-Mobile or it can be dropped off at an experience store.
