We had a great experience at the T-Mobile Kiosk at the Sam’s Club and because we use the kiosk we even got a REBATE for the Activation fee so we saved $75 (that we would have to pay if we had used a store)
Morena Torres and Anthony Yi were very attentive and knowable. They guided us thru all the changes we needed to get our family phones up and running, in the most advantageous way for us.
We strongly recommend getting the help you need for your T-Mobile account or if you are switching services to T-Mobile.
