tmobile internet app

I can't access "devices" on TMobile internet app. I keep getting an error message saying "the Gateway did not respond. If you keep seeing this message please try restarting your gateway.

 

I'm using TMobile business internet. I have the Nokia5G21 gateway.

    I think Devices on the app is buggy.  I usually get a spinning wheel and I can't do anything with the app.  I have never seen that message, but if I restart the gateway and wait a few minutes, I do see some devices listed.  I have the Sagemcom gateway, so that's why I suspect the app and not the hardware.  The other parts of the app seem to always work as they should.
