App T-Life
Whenever I try to open the T-Life app on my Samsung flip 6 it will go through the Authentication, say hello to me, and then shut down. Anyone else having that trouble and how did you correct it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned the phone off then back on - nothing has worked.
I've deleted the T-Life app and I have no issues loading the Tmobile Tuesday app through the regular Tmobile app.

Have you tried using the regular Tmobile app since they're basically the same and the deals are there also.
I deleted the T-Life app since it sends your data usage back to Tmobile every 5 seconds.

I have had exactly the same problem. Opening the "regular" T-Mobile app as suggested by gramps28 does not help, as T-Mobile has apparently merged the two apps; the regular app merely opens the TLife app. The TMobile Internet app does start up, but is non-functional. Until recently, it had a startup message that TLife now includes access to internet features. Now, it shows only the basic "Let's get connected" message, even though it IS connected, and clicking the "Go To Settings" shows connection to the router's network is active. No other controls are available on their internet app. This makes the TLife app the only TMobile app as the source for all things TMobile - TLife, TMobile basic app (cell phones, billing, etc.), and TMobile internet. So... the new TLife app which is supposed to do all things TMobile does nothing more that fill my screen with a large magenta screen with the TMobile app, then dies.
I've stopped the TLife app, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted the app, deleted the app and reinstalled it, ensured I have the latest T-Mobile and phone vendor updates... all to no avail.

Not the case for me, gramps28. My TLife was working and I used it regularly up until 2 weeks ago, when it stopped working. I know that I've had Android, Samsung, and TMobile software updates around that time, but not sure one of those may have been the cause. I'm using Samsung 24+, and latest stable, released Android version, and latest T-Mobile updates.
Has your TLife app always worked? If not, what have you specifically done to fix it? - gramps28Router Royalty
I've deleted the T-Life app and only have the Tmobile app running.
I've also read it could be the version of Android your running.

Gramps..please tell me how to delete this app. I don't want t-life after reading reviews..

Open your apps on the phone, long press the T-Life app and drag it to the top and there will be 2 choices the drag it to the delete choice.
