More T-Mobile TROUBLES (Device listing in account, T-Life and AppleTV+)
Every time I upgrade my device, T-Mobile fails to list the new device in my account.
I have installed the NEW T-Life app but it will not open. It stalls on the (radiating) pink screen with the white "T" inside
I also installed AppleTV app (to use my AppleTV+ account from T-Mobile. After entering email and password (which work on my windows based PC) the loging never completes.
Tried restarting the device several times.
Any suggestions?
Did you buy the phone from T-Mobile or a T-Mobile reseller the phone will show correct , if you buy it from the manufacturer or a 3rd party like Amazon they usually don't show the correct phone

the two apps mentioned were fresh installs
The issue with SmartSwitch, especially when coming from a device older than the s23 series, is that it copies more than just apps. It copies user and system data that causes way too many issues. Samsung honestly needs to abandon it and create something new for modern Android.

Thanks, I purchased directly from Samsung. Any hints on the app issues?
My Pixel 9 shows correct but the wrong color so it's getting a little better.
