Applying a credit balance to another account
Hi -- I have a $117.16 credit balance on my old account that I would like to apply to our current family bill. Anyone know how I can do this without an hour long wait to speak to someone? Gracias.

Is it a prepaid balance or postpaid?
Not sure what the difference is but it’s a balance from a previous account.
Prepaid balances are nonrefundable.
prepaid there usually isnt any money returned. postpaid normally isnt an issue.
