Because the issue you are having also effects other short codes, the best route would be to contact our care team. You can all in to talk to our Team of Experts or message us through the app, website, Facebook, or Twitter. They have access to your account information and can help make sure that all short codes are working. If there is a specific short code that is not coming through after troubleshooting steps, they have a ticket process that gets your information to the right place to get everything resolved.
I hate to see that you are losing money over an issue like this! I have no doubt that our Team of Experts or T-Force team will be able to fix it up in a jiffy.
