Conference call says it's not in my plan

The provider that hosts the service is charging a termination fee for the call. This is allowed in a few states. There is nothing T-Mobile can really do. You might be able to use a voip provider to see if the charges don't apply then. But the service requiring the fee there are no work arounds for.
Just switched from Sprint. I used the conference call line for business almost daily with no charges on Sprint. On T-Mobile, they want to charge me even though I'm on their unlimited plan. This is BS!!!
