Conversion from Prepaid to post paid
I have purchased new prepaid connection (SIM card) couple of weeks back. I couldnot purchase Post Paid connection coz i did not have all the documents required. I would like to convert my prepaid to post paid now coz now i have all the documents required. How should i do it?
You're going to need to go to a Tmobile store because will need a new sim. Also go a few days before you're prepaid plan expires since prepaid plans are non refundable.
Thank you. I visited a Tmobile store yesterday and i was told they can only convert once i have retained the Pre paid connection for one year. However when i purchased the prepaid connection, i was told at the store that i can convert from pre paid to post paid anytime i want. Now they are asking me to contact customer care.
