Go5G 55 vs Go5G Plus 55

I am the primary for 3 lines. On 8/17/24, I requested my and my wife's plan be changed from Magenta to Go5G Plus 55.  I further requested my elderly father's line be changed from Magenta to Text & Talk only. Today, I was told by T-Mobile Help on Twitter that I'm not on the requested Go5G Plus 55 plan, but rather all 3 of us are on "Go5G 55," which apparently is not publicly available because I can find no online info about it. The T-Mobile Help rep subsequently ignored my request for an explanation regarding the differences between Go5G 55 and Go5G Plus 55, thus the reason I'm posting here. Can someone please explain the difference(s)? One difference is the Go5G 55 plan we're on is not eligible for ongoing free Apple TV+. Learning that is how this whole can of worms was opened. Perhaps being placed on a plan I didn't request has a legitimate reason, but if that were true why was I not informed? ¡Gracias!

    If you sign into the app there is the Go5g 55 plan that includes Apple TV.

    If you want a talk and text plan for the 3rd line it will need to be ported to a new plan.

    Thank you, gramps28. To her credit, the TMO Help on Twitter rep eventually called me and we had a lengthy, highly productive discussion that answered my questions and provided guidance. We have a f/u appt tomorrow morning to implement decided upon changes.
