Hijacked lines
My business lines are identifying themselves to other phones with Thailand numbers and images rather than US number and assigned ID - what has happened and what do I do?
Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
