How to switch from post pay to prepay plan
Chat told me to go to a store. Store says they can't do it there. Chat doesn't seem to have a clue. 4 tmobile reps told me 4 different things and I am just too sick to fight over something that sh...

and also at the store, they told me i HAD TO change my phone number…..there is a law that requires porting of phone numbers..that changed years ago...its only in rare cases with some really small limited carriers that numbers can’t be ported….i am going from t mobile to t mobile…..the process takes 2-4 hours..but is also reportedly sometimes as little as 10 minutes….no need for a new number….i left without the SIM because there was no way I was changing my number...too many things connected to it.
