"Looks like we got our wires crossed" message all day today
"Looks like we got our wires crossed" message when try to access my account to switch plans.
I’ve tried from my computer via different browsers, my cellphone, incognito sessions, everything.
How to resolve this and access my account?

Same thing STILL happening 8/6/2024 it has been doing this to me for 2 days now. The whole TMobile experience has been a mess for 2 months now. This 25 year customer is about to "jump ship"
