Not receiving SMS from international numbers

Mentioning Greece specifically does help narrow things down a lot.  I don't know anyone in Greece to test whether or not texting works.  Correct number formatting when calling and texting is very important in both directions.  Have you tried reaching out to Customer Care to make sure there isn't a block on international calls and texts on your line?  

Try reaching out to T-Mobile via DM through Facebook or Twitter.  You start off at a tier 2 level of support that way.  Hopefully they can find a resolution or at least look further into things for you.

From what I seen this is something they don't care to address. It may even have something to do with sanctions and money laundering laws in the US. This is speculation on my part.
