Overcharging

So, my phone was back on in Jan .Had a little financial difficulty however I paid full balance on Jan 7th.so, balance was 0. Come Feb 2nd new bill is generated and it shows Jan -feb plan charge 57.10...

    If I were you, I would Call them directly. The online reps. are not always aware of how to fix or correct a problem. I've had online chat tell me something could not be done on a device, only to have that issue done to my satisfaction by talking to a real person on the phone. So if you have not done so already, Call them directly.
