Paramount sign up

I tried signing up for the Paramount promotion, but when signing up it states that I have an invalid email address.  ¿Qué debo hacer?  I closed out of the site and off of my computer  and tried setting up with the same error message.

    Have you tried using a different email address? I had to use a different email to sign up for the Paramount + offer because my other email address was already associated with an old Paramount + account that was closed.
