problem with cancele device EIP.
If I purchased a device from Bestbuy using T-Mobile financing payment plan.and I never received that device,also I did called bestbuy lots of times and they don’t give me response,who Should I contact to making a dispute on this?because now the equipment payment plan about this order is still showing activate on my T-mobile account..(I think who ever is my financing company should be helping me with this one,just like I using a credit card purchase something from bestbuy and I never received,so My bank can help me dispute on that.)
This is taking almost 1 month already..is there anyone can tell me what I call do?I mean I am tired go back in to that “game of kicking the ball to each other and back to back”.
