In light of the recent notice on T-mobiles landing page, the following concerned me. Ordering a new phone, reviewing order info at check out, before submitting, I noticed that my personal information...
I am having the same experience. public@ep-cortex.com shown in my personal info, when trying to make an online upgrade. I have not finalized the upgrade, on the chat with TMobile rep now. They are showing my actual email address on their end. The rep is suggesting I back out and start over.
This is a PITA
T-Mobile needs to get on it and address & correct this situation
