TMOBILE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS money to them
Horrible experience. I have been a customer of TMobile for over 7 years with 4 open accounts and paid my bills on time. I have always had insurance to protect my phones and account. My phone broke on 12/24/24 and I went to the store. They said they could not do anything and go to the insurance. We called the insurance and they sent a new phone. I was on a call to transfer the information from the old phone to the new one for more than 3 hours and TMobile could not do it. They blamed the new phone and ordered a new one to be shipped to the store. They said it would take them about 15 minutes to transfer the information. I was just at the store and TMoblie put the wrong information on the phones and I could not get it transferred. I spent another 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out at the store and the only thing can do is order me another phone that will take another 4 days to arrive. I will be without a phone for more than a week and all TMobile wants to do is to give me a free cheap phone or to upgrade and pay more for a new phone. The supervisor on the phone did nothing but blame the store or the first customer service representative and did not provide a solution. After 7 years I will bring my business elsewhere since TMobile does not care. It is all about the money to them!
