Same here - just got the same email listed. Considering those of us who have posted there are probably countless others whom have hesitated and backed out of the purchase. Revenue killer. Annoying and a time waster for new and current customers. Now I'm going to go in person to the T-Mobile store instead of a quick process online. Is anyone at T-Mobile reading these posts - probably want to check into it!
