Disgruntled long time Tmobile customer....

Like many of you all, I have been with Tmobile for a long time... since the go phone, talk after 8pm free days. I seen an offer that was for "existing customers" that have those new more costly go5 plans or whatever they are called... and tried to get the 24S+ Samsung deal, and was told it was for premium plan customers.... so because I decided to grandfather my plan into whatever they have going on now, I don't get any decent deals! Like the rest of you all... I done had it! Being a loyal customer gets you nothing these days. On top of that the customer service is piss poor... some of the foreigners don't really understand 😕 what your asking for, and they end up repeating the same ish over and over... anyone available to suggest of phone company carriers and their experiences? For sure really close to jumping ship...
