Changing my plan to Go5G Next 55
T-Mobile's website and app are a mess. And calling support takes hours. We are on Essentials 55 plan and want to upgrade to the Go5G Next 55 plan but the website and the app only allow us to upgrade ...
It seems as though even if you are already on a 55+ plan and have already confirmed age eligibility, the online tools (website or app) don't allow you product change to a 55+ plan. I haven't seen a way, anyway.
