My experience with Ooma was short lived, as it took two tries at setting up an account on the glitchy Ooma website, four phone calls and two cancelled accounts to finally be told that it would be 17.68 a month as well. The service and features sounded like it would be great, but I refused to deal with deception and incompetency.
