If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, please use the links in my signature to message our T-Force team. They will be able to pull up your account and see what needs to be done to escalate this caller ID issue for you.
It's 2021 and I'm having the same issue. I don't want my name broadcast to everyone I call, but I DO want them to see my phone number. My own mother doesn't know when it's me calling her because T-Mobile can't figure this out - a standard feature with other carriers. Was trying to call emergency veterinary services for my friend's cat after he was hit by a car - they wouldn't take my call because caller ID was blocked, a setting I never asked for. One tech support person even told me she understood why I would want this setting changed, that it made perfect sense to her, but no one has been able to figure out how to do it.
