Well, no. T-mobile was blocking it thru a safety feature that I was able to turn off. Nothing malicious happening on T-Mobile or the bank, just a safe guard that prevented activity I needed. I was able to turn it off thru the app and everything is working is fine now. Point is, it was a T-Mobile issue, not the bank. Gracias por tu respuesta.
