T-Mobile sent me to collections without notice
The same thing happens to me now. After cancelling service, a debt collector sent me a letter claim for ~$100. Checked with T-Mobile and they said I didn't return a signal booster than I never ordered. I did pay the amount as I don't want to hurt my credit. Call the support number and they send me to local store because they can't reset my PIN without proof of my identify. Go to the official store and they said they can't help me as only the customer support line can do that. After calling the support and visiting local store 5 times, T-Mobile sent me another ~$125 bill (including return payment fee) and also another letter from another debt collector. It seems this cycle is never ended and I can't even protect my credit. Anyone has any working resolutions before I seek for attorney assist and report to FCC?
