refills credits is on "transfer payment"

I used the third party website to top-up my prepaid number twice.

They extended my balance expired date, but the money didn’t go to my balance.

When I check summary, the refill credits is on “Transfer Payment”.

Anyone can tell me what should I do to make the money into balance?

contact the third party you use and have them apply your money to your balance. on a side note why do you use a third party to pay your bill seems doing it directly would help you avoid these types of issues in the future
