support lying! same problem every month with bill!

What happened to american call center? Every month i get someone that's hard to hear, and they say yes of course we'll fix that when they cant hear me !
Every month i get an overdraft because support tells me they will bill after the 3rd but for the past 3 months its been the 30th,the 1st or 31st!
advice on fixing this, with a $30 overdraft added to losing auto pay i probably have to leave Tmo.

the next time you need assistance try their Facebook or Twitter page.. send them a direct message. their completion rate is pretty good for issues.
