T Mobile gives personal information on new customers to unscrupulous companies

I transferred my cell phone personal account to T Mobile on November 11, 2021.  On November 18, 2021 I received an e-mail from a company called Dream Clean Gadget.  They represented that as a new customer of T-Mobile I was eligible for an award of making purchases from them for cost or for the price of shipping and handling only.  I made a purchase of an item and paid $7.45 for shipping and handling.  I foolishly gave Dream Clean Gadget my debit card # to pay $7.45.  On November On November 23rd Dreams Clean made another deduction from my account of $49.97.  I went to my bank and asked how I could cancel the transaction of $49.97.  I was told I should cancel my debit card and get a new one, which I did.  Dream Clean Gadget then filed a claim with my bank for the $49.97.  They apparently provided my bank with documentation that I still owed the $49.97 as my purchase of $7.45 required that I return the product or I would have to pay a membership fee of $49.97.  I am unable to find the original e-mail or website from Dreams Clean to dispute the charge.  Dreams Clean is an unscrupulous company any T Mobile should not be associated with them or provide their customer's personal information.
