why increase my monthly payment without notice
I registered for four line families plan, your told me it will be $99 plus taxes per month, but your always charged me more. Your charge me $166.93 this month for 4 lines, why?
This is a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you there is no one that can answer your questions without seeing your bill.
You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
