Android 15 update for Pixel 9

Google pushes out those updates, not T-Mobile. Android 15 should launch on October 15th but it will not get pushed to all devices at once. A staggered rollout is what is always done with a major update to make sure no major bug has slipped passed QA and affects millions of devices.

The only reason 15 is on time was Google gave the carriers a month to be able to review it. But yes, T-Mobile must review all updates and sometimes, oftentimes, it is late. That isn't how it works but you keep preaching your decades old out of date info all you want. Carriers have had way more than a month to be ready for Android 15, not that it is a big update. People in the beta have had it for the better part of 4 months.
