App Compatibility Issues on T-Mobile Tablets

Hola everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered app compatibility problems with their Lenovo T-Mobile tablet. Specifically, I’m noticing that several apps either crash unexpectedly or fail to run properly on my device.

Here are a few details:

  • Tablet Model: Lenovo Tab P11
  • Sistema operativo: Android 11
  • Apps Affected: Microsoft Office, Netflix, Zoom
  • Issues Observed: Apps crashing, failing to open, or displaying errors

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their Lenovo tablets on T-Mobile? If so, what solutions or workarounds have you found effective? Are there any specific settings or updates that might help resolve these compatibility problems?

    App compatibility has nothing to do with T-Mobile.  If it is a Lenovo device.  Lenovo's tech support could investigate further.  The apps you are having issues with.  Have you tried clearing the cache for each of those apps to see if that fixes the crashing?  If it doesn't, try also wiping the app data, deleting the app, and reinstalling the app.  If the tablet hasn't been wiped in more than a couple of tears.  It might be worth factory resetting it to eliminate all of the years of updates causing the issues.
