Don't receive automated account verification text messages.

For any site I visit (desktop or mobile version) that has a 2-step authentication and sends out a text message with an access code, I don't receive that message on my phone. I do receive texts from other cell phone numbers. And I can see the messages on both the standard message app that comes on the Samsung, and the Google app that I mostly use for texts.

  • I've had trouble with this too in the past. This is something that can be fixed by our Care team. Si Community-2153, we can have a specialist check your account and make sure these message aren't being blocked. The last step is filing a Trouble Ticket to have our engineers take a look at your connection on the back end and help fix anything that's stopping them from coming through.
