Getting Virus Messages on Cell phone

I clicked on a link on FB, since then I've gotten messages about my phone having a virus.  T Mobile's McAfee is telling me I have no virus or threats but I'm getting all these messages from Google Chrome and one sayings someone is trying to access my Google information.  What do I do?
