Employment Verification no seeing under profile

I am having same issue, just posted thread hopefully some helps

so basically is the discount program a scam since the steps they provide are impossible to comply with if their website does not have employee verification under your profile?

That's my conclusion so far. T-Mobile offers a discount o lure you to switch, and then you fall into a rabbit hole where the link doesn't work or doesn't exist. It's a scam until proven otherwise. 

I called 877-334-7099 and they were able to assist me.

I just called the 877-334-7099, spent about 20 minutes on hold, was about to give up but then someone answered and got my discount applied. Not a massive discount but it will help.

Or you can go by a Tmobile store with your pay stub.
