Re: Iphone 16 Pro Battery issue
This has generated a lot of discussion on the Apple community board. There are probably 40-50 people with the same complaint. But this is a tiny number of the total of 16's sold in the past month. I have no problem with battery life (42% after 48 hours), so I believe it is an issue with some app on the phone. There are a lot of suggestion on the Apple site, which sometimes work and sometimes don't. One I would try, If it were me, is to backup the phone, do a factory reset, and then set up the phone as new from the backup. Another person said deleting the calendar app fixed their issue. Just too many variables to pin it down to one problem. When you go to setting>battery, what app does it show as the top battery user?15Visto1like0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile's international travel plans vs eSims

Do I need an international plan for the Canada ports we will be visiting? Depending on your plan, you may have free service in Canada (and Mexico) in the ports, same as you have in US. Just returned a couple weeks ago. You can even use your hotspot in port for other devices. Other international ports, you have free limited service……….slow data and 25 cent per minute voice. We cruise a lot and always use our free, included international service (Go5G plus 55) in Europe, Australia, Caribbean, etc. Never bought an additional plan or foreign sim. You will get hit up for incoming spam calls (2 minutes, 50 cents each), so be careful of that. Cruise ships must turn off their"cellular at sea" system within a few miles of land, so no worry of accidentally connecting to the ship's expensive service.16Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Service outage in Tennessee
Overloaded service; everyone is trying to use phone/internet at the same time. First responders get priority. Towers on generators, which break down or run out of fuel. Towers still need wire (fiber) connections, which might be down. Just a few of the possibilities.10Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: trade in value
You can go to the Apple store online, go through the steps to purchase a new phone. You will select the device you want to trade in from the drop down menu and it will tell you what the value will be, provided it is a working phone in good condition. You don't have to complete the purchase at that time, but you will see your trade in value.14Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Unlock devices for foreign carriers
Buy directly from the Apple store. You will get the same deals, depending on your plan, and you will get an UNLOCKED device. Before someone jumps in with "no you don't", I've done it for my last four iPhones, 13,14, 15, 16. I get same trade in value, monthly credits, billed on my TMo bill. Check it out. Of course, you'll need an eSIM from your foreign carrier.9Visto0likes0Comentarios
